Jimmie Rogers (now living apart from Evansville) was a superior photographer of children, He knew exactly how to get their best expression. His camera of choice was the Mamiya RB 67. He photographed for the Evansville Store portrait studio for years. Then he and his wife opened a studio located in the old Southern Securities Building (4th and main Steets) on the ninth floor. After that Jimmie opened a studio called The Creative Eye on S Wienbach. Where he shot dance school groups, weddings and portraits. Jimmie moved away from Evansville during the early 90s.
